This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are handled for online purchases made through hiddentreasureonline.com.

This policy applies to online orders only. Online orders are currently available for shipping only.

Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on Sunday, or on a federal holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Because we work to process orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be approved.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The name and email address used for the order

  • The item you would like to cancel

  • The reason for the cancellation request

Cancellation requests are reviewed during our normal working hours.

When an Order Cannot Be Canceled

An order may no longer be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has already been processed

  • The order has already been packed

  • The order has already shipped

  • Tracking information has already been issued

  • The item has already been handed to the shipping carrier

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds for approved cancellations are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Cancellation Fees

Hidden Treasure Discount Store does not charge a cancellation fee for approved cancellations.

However, once an order has shipped, shipping charges and return shipping terms will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Address or Order Changes

If you need to correct a shipping address or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

We cannot guarantee that order changes can be made after an order has started processing or shipped.
