Hidden Treasure Discount Store ships online orders to customers within the United States. Online orders are currently available for shipping only. Local pickup is not available unless specifically stated on the product page or during checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on Sunday, or on a federal holiday will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $4.99 per order, unless a different shipping rate or promotional shipping offer is clearly displayed at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery areas. If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may ship in more than one package. If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and assist with the next available resolution according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
